What is Vuplon?
Vuplon is an AI-powered HR, payroll and accounting platform for African companies. It covers the full employee lifecycle (recruitment, core HR, performance, leave, time and payroll), then carries on into accounting, inventory, fixed assets, CRM, SACCO and more, so every team works from the same records instead of separate spreadsheets and logins.
Does Vuplon handle Uganda payroll, PAYE, NSSF and LST?
Yes. Vuplon calculates PAYE on URA’s current bands, employee and employer NSSF, and Local Service Tax in the months you choose. Payroll goes through your approval chain, staff get payslips on web and mobile, and the approved payroll posts to your general ledger. Our free Uganda PAYE calculator uses the same rules.
What is Vup AI and is my data safe with it?
Vup is the AI assistant built into Vuplon. You can ask it questions about your HR, payroll and accounting data in plain English, or ask it to do routine work such as drafting a request or approving pending items. It only sees what the person asking is allowed to see, and it asks for confirmation before it changes anything.
Is Vuplon EFRIS (URA) compliant for invoicing in Uganda?
Yes. Vuplon’s accounting and inventory modules connect directly to URA EFRIS. Invoices and stock movements are submitted to URA, and if URA rejects one, it is not saved to your books.
Can our staff use Vuplon on their phones?
Yes. Employees can view payslips, check leave balances, and submit leave, claims, advances and timesheets from the Vuplon mobile app or any mobile browser. Managers can approve requests from their phone too.
Can we run more than one company on Vuplon?
Yes. A group can run every entity from one login and switch between companies in a click. Each company’s data, permissions and modules are kept separate.
How much does Vuplon cost and is there a free plan?

Is my company data secure on Vuplon?
Yes. Vuplon uses role-based access down to the module and record, multi-factor sign-in with an authenticator app, a full audit trail of every change, and strict separation of each company’s data.

Two kinds. Vuplon platform modules — payroll, HR, accounting, leave, SACCO, inventory, document signing, AML, IT help desk, logistics, projects, appraisals, training and desk booking — built and supported locally. And genuine third-party licences for Microsoft Office, Windows, QuickBooks and antivirus.
Are the Microsoft Office, Windows and antivirus licences genuine?
Yes. Every licence is original, with a valid key and official download links — no cracked, counterfeit or pre-activated software. Most orders are delivered by WhatsApp or email within 30 minutes during business hours.
How much does Microsoft Office or Windows cost in Uganda?

How is Vuplon payroll and HR software priced?
Platform modules are billed monthly by team size — Starter (up to 10 users), Growth (up to 30), Scale (up to 100) and Enterprise (unlimited) — in Uganda Shillings. Most modules have a free trial.
Yes. We issue PDF quotes and tax invoices for every purchase, suitable for company procurement, finance approval and accounting records.
How do I pay and receive my software?
